The office is 2 doors North on 26th Street, on the West side of the street. Parking: There are many metered parking spots on Broadway, West of 26th Street, by Helen's Cycles. There is also metered parking on Santa Monica Boulevard. Payment: Cash and personal checks are accepted. Fees cannot currently be paid through insurance. Sliding scale fees are available.
